What to know when working with Encore

Show days: collared shirt, neat shoes, slacks.Meeting Location: For MCC: Unless otherwise noted, all technicians are to meet in the Encore office on the Mezzanine Level (M1) at the beginning of the call. For Portola: If requested to meet at the Portola AV office, that is located behind the De Anza Ballroom in the service hallway. Access through De Anza rear doors, or the service door near the lobby just outside De Anza.
Mezzanine Level is located between the first and second floors. Access is via the service stairwell behind the Serra Ballroom (from the first floor) or behind the Steinbeck Ballroom (from the second floor)
Parking: There are two parking garages in close proximity to MCC, and a few other lots a bit farther away. There is also very limited free street parking on Franklin, west of of Van Buren.West DT Garage and East DT Garage, both @:

Hyatt Regency Monterey

Monterey, CA 93940Meeting Location: Typically events at this property take place in the Regency Grand Ballroom at the Hyatt Monterey. That is located in a large building just up on the left of Old Golf Course Rd from it’s intersection with Mark Thomas Rd. The building has large brick pillars in front.
The AV Office at the property is located in the same building on the same floor as the Regency Grand Ballroom, just behind it through the kitchen.
The meeting place will be listed on the call.
Parking: There is typically ample parking in any parking lot on the property.

Asilomar Conference Grounds
Dress Code: No shorts ever. Collared shirt, neat shoes, slacks.

Pacific Grove, CA 93950Meeting Location: Meeting for this location varies, as occasionally there is an event in Merrill Hall, Fred Farr Forum, Kiln, Nautilus, or any of the other dozen meeting rooms. Specific meeting locations will be listed per call.
Parking: Ample parking is available around the Conference Grounds. Be mindful of any signage restricting access to certain areas or lots.

Carmel Valley Ranch
Dress Code: No shorts ever. Collared shirt (preferably button-up), neat shoes, slacks.

California 93923Meeting Location: Like with other large properties, meeting location varies. Most frequently there are events at the River Ranch (to the left just after entering the gate), the Club House (on the left before heading up the hill), or at the Redwood, Vintner or Oak Rooms (up the hill on the right). It is a very large property with a vehicles to help transport equipment around.
Meeting location instruction will be listed with each call.
Parking: This is typically in the dirt lot next to River Ranch (down the road to the left just after entering the front gate), and there are typically shuttles. However, this can change as well. You will be informed of parking/meeting location prior to the call.

Monterey, CA 93940Meeting Location: Unless otherwise noted, you will meet at the AV Office on the ground level of the hotel, located in the service hallway behind the Pacific Ballroom. There is an employee entrance just outside this office with a coded door. Best path for entry will be discussed upon confirmed dispatch.
Parking: The hotel will provide a pass for parking in the hotel’s parking garage located on Wave St. The procedure for obtaining this will also be discussed upon confirmed dispatch to this property.
